Nowadays getting tech for mobile site is becoming a mandatory for almost every business and I think it is a new and a good way of marketing.

I agree. The only problem is that it can be another added expense in this tough economy. I spent months going back and forth with my web developer getting it all set up.
In the end I just ordered one online.
Not super fancy but it works perfectly and gives me all the things you suggest in this article including the QR codes which to be honest I didn't even really understand.
