Do you run a responsible business?

May 11, 2010 • Employees, Environment, Managing

The fact that your product is the best or the cheapest (or both) on the market may not be the sole reason your customers flock to you instead of your competitors. Many consumers choose to buy products and services from businesses that are good corporate citizens.

Corporate social responsibility is about owning the impact your business has on:

  • the environment;
  • the communities where you operate;
  • your employees;
  • your stakeholders;
  • your customers;
  • the general public.

Are you considering implementing corporate social responsibility into your operations? Check out our Management and Operations section for more information.
