Are you a member of one of Quebec's black communities? You could receive a loan or loan guarantee of $5,000 to $25,000 to:

  • Start up or expand your business
  • Purchase equipment
  • Meet your cash flow needs
  • Increase your working capital

Your business must have been in existence for no more than five years or be in the process of starting up.
