Summer Jobs Service (Northern Ontario)

If your business is located in Northern Ontario you could be eligible to apply for a $2 per hour wage subsidy to help hire a student for the summer. You could receive a maximum of up to $1,120 for each position you fill.

To qualify:

  • You must be located in Northern Ontario
  • Your potential student employees should be between the ages of 15 and 30

Other conditions apply. The deadline for applications is April 30th, 2013.
