If you have a business in the Northwest Territories, you could get wage subsidies to help you train your employees.

To qualify, you should:

  • Be licensed to operate a business in the Northwest Territories
  • Have a business that has been in operation for at least six months
  • Have or hire employees who live in the Northwest Territories
  • Hire employees who are receiving Employment Insurance benefits or who have received them in the past 3-5 years
