Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB)

Government of Canada - Canadian International Development Agency

Applies to: All of Canada

To promote Aboriginal business development, INAC's Aboriginal Procurement Strategy makes it easier for Aboriginal suppliers to compete for contracts by:

  • Awarding bonus points to proposals from qualified Aboriginal suppliers
  • Restricting certain bids to Aboriginal suppliers only
  • Providing information sessions on INAC's Aboriginal Procurement Strategy

Aboriginal businesses must first register in the Aboriginal Business Directory if they wish to participate.
