Duty Deferral Program

Applies to: All of Canada

You could qualify to import goods without paying any duties, if they are:

Later exported in the same condition as when they were imported
Used to produce other products for export

If you have already paid this duty, you could apply for a reimbursement.

You can also delay paying duties by storing goods for up to four years in bonded warehouses, until you are ready to enter them into the Canadian market.
