There are a few steps you must follow for the voluntary dissolution (legal termination) of your corporation. The procedure varies slightly depending on the situation. Voluntary dissolution can happen:

Before commencing business
Where there is no property
Where property and liabilities have been disposed of
After proposing liquidation and dissolution of the corporation by the directors or shareholders
