There are a few steps you must follow for the voluntary dissolution (legal termination) of your corporation. The procedure varies slightly depending on the situation. Voluntary dissolution can happen:
- before commencing business;
- where there is no property;
- where property and liabilities have been disposed of; or
- after proposing liquidation and dissolution of the corporation by the directors or shareholders.
