Participation in this voluntary and free program can help improve your business' security levels and establish your reputation as a secure, low-risk company for cross-border trade.

Membership to the program is required for participation in the Free and Secure Trade program, which makes the shipment of low-risk commercial goods into Canada simpler and subject to fewer delays.

To apply, Canadian importing and exporting companies of good standing agree to undergo a security check.
