Partners in Protection (PIP)

Participation in this voluntary and free program can help improve your business' security levels and establish your reputation as a secure, low-risk company for cross-border trade.

Membership in Partners in Protection (PIP) is required for participation in the Free and Secure Trade (FAST) program, which makes the shipment of low-risk commercial goods into Canada simpler and subject to fewer delays.

To apply for PIP, Canadian importing and exporting companies of good standing agree to undergo a security check.
