Livestock Incentive Loan Program

Government of New Brunswick - Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries

Applies to: New Brunswick

Full-time and part-time farmers may obtain a guaranteed loan of up to $75,000 for purchasing and raising livestock.

Eligibility:

Business plan must demonstrate viability and demand
Knowledge of agriculture, business skills and credit history are required
Project must fit with the province's sector strategies
Security must be provided for the proposed financing
Applicant must invest at least 10% equity

Other conditions apply.
