The loans can help you:

Buy and/or improve land
Buy, construct, expand or renovate buildings and structures
Buy or construct machinery, equipment or furnishings
Obtain working capital-based financing, in certain well-defined circumstances

Guarantees can be arranged through Nova Scotia Business Inc. for term loans, bonds, performance contracts and lines of credit.
