If your patent claim has been allowed by an intellectual property office in a participating country, you may request an accelerated examination at no extra cost for a corresponding patent in another country.

Participating countries are:

Canada
United States
Germany
Finland
Spain
Japan
Korea
Denmark

The pilot agreement with Germany, Finland and Spain ends September 30, 2012.

The pilot agreement with Japan, Korea and Denmark ends September 30, 2013.
