If you own a small or medium agri-value business and want to develop new markets, you can hire a recent graduate or current graduate student with marketing expertise to help you, and apply for a wage subsidy of up to $1,500 per month to a maximum of 12 months.
Agri-value businesses include food processors, meat processors, manufacturers of ingredients, functional foods or pet foods.
To qualify for the subsidy, you must focus on developing markets outside of Saskatchewan and also demonstrate their ability to implement the strategy.
