Your Ontario corporation may be involuntary dissolved or cancelled if:

You fail to maintain the required number of directors or to maintain the minimum required 25% of resident Canadian directors
Your corporation is convicted of a criminal offence or when dissolution is in the public interest
Your corporation fails to comply with its tax obligations
