New Environmental Technologies Evaluation Program (Ontario)

This program allows the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) to evaluate and assess your new environmental technologies.

The MOE will give you a written technical evaluation of your new technology and indicate if it is likely to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements. The evaluation will be either an Opinion Letter Of Technology Assessment or a Certificate of Technology Assessment and can be used to:

• expedite the approvals process
• build confidence in the use of your new technology
• attract potential investors
• facilitate market entry

There are various fees associated with this program.
