Film or Television Development Loans

Government of Nova Scotia - Film Nova Scotia

Applies to: Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia residents may get an interest-free loan of up to 50% of their film or television production development budget, to a maximum of $15,000.

The money is only available once per production and must be used for the initial development stages of the film on expenses like scriptwriting, pre-casting, and producer's fees.
