If you need money to expand or buy an existing business in Saskatchewan, you can apply to this private fund for equity financing between $1 million and $5 million, if the business is in one of the following sectors:

Manufacturing
Oil and gas
Value-added agriculture

To be considered, you should have:

A written business plan
Financial statements from your past three years of business
Financial projections for the next three years of business

Other conditions apply.
