You can incorporate your business provincially in Ontario:

Online for $300.00, plus the service provider’s fee (varies)
By mail or in person at a Land Registry Office or certain ServiceOntario centres for $360

You will need to complete the following:

Articles of Incorporation - Form 1
Ontario-Biased NUANS report

Other supporting documentation may be required. Fees may be subject to change.
