Ontario Innovation Demonstration Fund

Government of Ontario - Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation

Applies to: Ontario

You may be eligible for funding of up to $4 million to develop your environmental, alternative energy, bio-products, hydrogen or other globally significant technology.

The funds can be used for:

Covering the start-up costs of designing your prototype
Purchasing new equipment
Investing in training and skilled resources

You may qualify for different types of assistance including repayable loans, royalty agreements and equity participation. You are required to invest 50% of the eligible costs. Other conditions may apply.
