Graduate Transition Program

Government of the Northwest Territories - Education, Culture and Employment

Applies to: Northwest Territories

Get a subsidy of up to $25,000 to hire recent post-secondary school graduates. You will need to pay the rest of the salary (after the wage subsidy) and all associated mandatory costs such as Canada Pension Plan, Employment Insurance and Worker's Compensation.

In order for a recent graduate to be eligible, the candidate must have been a resident of the Northwest Territories for at least three continuous years prior to graduating from a post-secondary institution.
