Community Enterprise Development Tax Credit Program

Are you a community-based business looking for capital? You may be eligible to offer a personal income tax credit of 30% to Manitobans who invest in your firm. Your business must have:

Net assets of less than $10 million
Gross assets of less than $25 million
No more than 200 employees (with at least 25% residing in Manitoba)

Your company could receive a maximum of $1,000,000 in repayable capital.
