The Community Business Development Corporations (CBDC) are non-profit organizations that can give you the support you need to start or grow a business in your community. If you are Canadian and live in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador, a CBDC in your area can give you:

Help with your business plan
Business counseling
Training
Loans of $5,000 to $150,000, depending on the financing program
