Are you a member of one of Quebec's black communities? You could receive a loan or loan guarantee of $5,000 to $25,000 to:

Start up or expand your business
Purchase equipment
Meet your cash flow needs
Increase your working capital

Your business must have been in existence for no more than five years or be in the process of starting up.

Other conditions apply.
