Beef Interest Pay-Down Program

Nova Scotia Federation of Agriculture

Applies to: Nova Scotia

As a beef producer with an operating, working loan, short term or intermediate loan of up to $600,000, you can have the interest paid off on that loan provided that:

The loan supports the production of beef
You have a Nova Scotia registered farm and are a levy paying producer with the Nova Scotia Cattle Producers
You are an active beef producer and have been farming for at least six months

The deadline for 2011 applications is March 31, 2012. One submission per person will be accepted per financial institution.
