Government of Canada - Atlantic Canada Opportunities AgencyApplies to: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island
If your business is located in Atlantic Canada, you may be eligible for an unsecured, interest-free loan to cover:
Up to 50% financing for starting your business; construction, machinery and equipment; infrastructure; and intangible assets such as patents and licences
Up to 75% financing for marketing, training, productivity, quality improvement, innovation, consultation, contract bidding, and business proposal development
Your project should be economically viable and provide economic benefit to the Atlantic region. You do not qualify for funding if your business is in the retail/wholesale, real estate, government services, or personal and social services sectors.
